Goodricke JCRC election results announced

Current Goodricke welfare rep Emily Miller has been announced as the college’s new chair after being elected ahead of ordinary member George Davis and fresher Hannah Kennedy.

Following on from Derwent’s election results being announced on Friday, Goodricke announced their results at a special evening at Yates’s. Miller succeeds current chair Nacho Hernando as the new chair of the college. Liam O’Shaughnessy and Megan Cross are elected as the new vice-chairs.

Miller told Vision, “I am absolutely thrilled with my election and sincerely moved by how many Goodricke students cared enough to vote for me as their Chair. The incoming committee looks set to be phenomenal and I cannot wait to get working with them to make this year’s Goodricke experience even greater than before. ”
