A fire has broken out in the V bar kitchen at Vanbrugh College.
Fire services arrived at the site and evacuated the building.
Bar staff have now returned and the fire services have left.
The fire was caused by a dishwasher malfunction in the V bar kitchen.
It is common for fires to break out in kitchens in accomodation blocks, however a fire at a campus bar is less common.
