Peter Tatchell s speaking at the university on June 16th. The political campaigner will be discussing LGBT campaigns after same-sex marriage.
The event will be held in P/X/001 at 6.30pm by the York Union. Derwent College LGBT Officer Tom Clark told Vision, “It’s fantastic that he’s coming to the university. The talk is sure to be engaging and topical, providing an opportunity to learn about LGBT rights from one of its most experienced
champions.”
