Ingredients: Bean sprouts 150g Peppers 5g Green onion 1 chopped Sesame oil 1 teaspoon Garlic 5 g minced Salt 1/4 teaspoon Spicy sauce 1 teaspoon White vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon.
STEP 1 Combine sesame oil, green onion, pepper, spicy sauce, garlic, ginger and salt in a small frying pan to cook over low heat for two minutes and then remove from heat.
STEP 2 Boil sprouts in a sauce pan. Place them in tap water to cool once sprouts become limp. Sieve cooled sprouts to a bowl and add to the sauce pan mixing with contents inside. Stir sprouts, onions, pepper and dressings continuously for minutes until they are fully mixed.
STEP 3 It’s optional, but the flavour is better if you transfer the mixture into a bowl covered with foil and chill it in a fridge for one hour before eating.
