Hopes and fears before the blind date?

JG: Didn’t really have any, nothing to lose, hoped it wouldn’t be awkward.

RS: Hoped there wouldn’t be any awkward silences; feared they would be someone I hated.

What did you chat about?

JG: All sorts, mainly about each other.

RS:  Strange experiences we’d had, mice, jobs.

If they were a Pokemon character who would they be and why??

JG: Eevee, definitely.

RS: Psyduck – there was more than a passing similarity between them.

Tell us something interesting that you found out about your blind date?

JG: Her parents own forty sheep and she once worked in B&Q.

RS: He once killed a mouse with his bare hands.

How would you describe them in three words?

JG: Interesting, slightly shy.

RS: Friendly, likeable, short.

On a scale of one to scrummy, how scrummy was the food?

JG: No complaints, nice chips.

RS: Delicious, I ate everything!

Do you think they wear dirty underwear or go commando if they run out of clean ones?

JG: Commando.

RS: Almost certainly dirty.
